Quick Questions & Answers

Q: What is a Home Watch service?

A: A Home Watch service provides routine interior & exterior checks of your home while it’s vacant to make sure everything is safe and functioning properly.

Q: What do you check inside the home?

A: We perform basic, common-sense checks, including:

             >   Faucets and sinks for leaks

             >   Toilets to ensure they’re not running

             >   Thermostat is on and set properly

             >   General interior lighting

             >   Electrical panel for tripped breakers

             >   A visual walk around and through for anything unusual

Q: Are you doing repairs?

A: No. We do not perform repairs. Our role is to identify issues early and notify you so you can decide how to proceed.

Q: How often are checks done?

A: Most homeowners choose weekly or bi-weekly visits, depending on how long the home is unoccupied.

Q: What happens if you find a problem?

A: You are contacted promptly and informed of what we found. You stay in control of what happens next.

Q: Will I know you were there?

A: Yes.  After each visit, you receive a time-stamped report confirming everything is fine or explaining any concerns.

Q: Why is this important?

A: Small issues like leaks or thermostat failures can turn into expensive damage if no one is checking. Regular visits help prevent BIG PROBLEMS.

Q: Who typically uses this service?

A: Second-home owners, seasonal residents, vacation travelers, and anyone leaving their home unattended for extended periods.

Q: What is the main benefit?

A: PEACE  OF MIND. Knowing someone is regularly inside your home checking the basics.
